Step-by-step recipe

Wash the trout carcass, trim the fins, peel and remove small bones with tweezers. |

The finished fish fillet is finely crumbled with a knife, turning it into minced meat. You can use a meat grinder for this. |

Chop the onion and oatmeal in a blender. Mix the fish mass, onion, oatmeal. |

In a deep bowl, break an egg, add salt, pepper, spices. Combine the resulting mixture with our minced meat. Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes. |

Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan with a small diameter. A small amount is enough, since trout itself is a rather fatty fish. To get rid of the fishy smell, you can add a clove of garlic and a small sprig of thyme to the oil. |

After wetting your hands with cold water, form small cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs. Then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs again. Put our cutlets in a frying pan, do not forget to remove the thyme and garlic from the oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat on each side until golden brown. |

Remove the finished cutlets from the heat and transfer to a paper napkin to get rid of excess oil. Baked vegetables can be served as a side dish. Bon Appetit! |
