Wash the trout carcass, trim the fins, peel and remove small bones with tweezers.
The finished fish fillet is finely crumbled with a knife, turning it into minced meat. You can use a meat grinder for this.
Chop the onion and oatmeal in a blender. Mix the fish mass, onion, oatmeal.
In a deep bowl, break an egg, add salt, pepper, spices. Combine the resulting mixture with our minced meat. Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes.
Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan with a small diameter. A small amount is enough, since trout itself is a rather fatty fish. To get rid of the fishy smell, you can add a clove of garlic and a small sprig of thyme to the oil.
After wetting your hands with cold water, form small cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs. Then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs again. Put our cutlets in a frying pan, do not forget to remove the thyme and garlic from the oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat on each side until golden brown.
Remove the finished cutlets from the heat and transfer to a paper napkin to get rid of excess oil. Baked vegetables can be served as a side dish. Bon Appetit!
