How to cook Risotto with shrimp
Risotto is a dish of Mediterranean cuisine. A special consistency is important so that it is not porridge, but also not too thick. Risotto is tested like this. When you put it on a plate with a slide, it should not remain a slide, but spread evenly over the plate.

We prepare shrimp broth. To do this, the shrimp must be cleaned raw. Shells and shrimp heads are fried in a frying pan or in a saucepan with a thick bottom until red. |

At the end of frying, add peeled garlic cloves, 2 pcs. Then pour 1.5 liters of water, cook for 20 minutes. It is necessary to strain. We got the broth that you will need for risotto. (It is allowed to take ready-made vegetable or chicken broth). Prepare the remaining ingredients. |

The shrimps need to be marinated a little. To do this, we add olive oil, 2 spoons, 2 cloves of garlic to the shrimps that we have already cleaned. It must be cleaned and cut finely. Stir, leave for 20 minutes. |

Separately fry the onion in oil. Pre-peel the onion, cut it very finely. Add rice to the onion, fry a little more all together, just a few minutes. |

Add the wine, stir the rice, wait for it to evaporate. Now gradually pour in our cooked shrimp broth in small portions. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
