We will print out a can of canned tuna, carefully drain the excess liquid from it and put it in a cup. With a spoon, mash the tuna to a pasty state.
Now spread out on a plate of white bread intended for making sandwiches or toast. It is very thin and plastic, so it will not be difficult to roll it into a roll, having previously rolled it out slightly with a rolling pin. The bread is lined with green leaves (it can be any salad leaf or your other favorite greens), and a layer of canned tuna is on it. Roll the bread with the filling into a roll.
