How to make a salad with chicken, carrots and pickled onions
We are all very familiar with Korean carrots, with a crispy and slightly island salad. Its main advantage is that it can be supplemented, modified and added different colors to its formulation. Today I want to introduce you to one of its variations. It is suitable for those who love something unbroken. The recipe is not complicated 😉
Step-by-step recipe

First we need to peel all our vegetables, chop the onion thinly. Put the onion in a separate saucer, add half a teaspoon of sugar and the same amount of salt. Pour diluted vinegar (about 1 tbsp.spoon), leave to marinate. |

Any part of the chicken will do, but still, it is advisable to take the fillet. Cut the meat into strips. Fry the chicken pieces over high heat in a frying pan with oil. |

We pass the carrot through a medium grater, add all the spices. Pour hot vegetable oil, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar (diluted), a teaspoon of sugar, mix and leave to «rest». |

Now it remains a small matter. We collect everything…. Chicken, carrot, pickled onion. Mix everything well, cover it with a film on top and send it for a couple of hours. |
