How to make a salad with fresh cucumber, smoked chicken and string beans
Instead of olive oil, if it is not at hand, you can use vegetable oil. You can also add parsley or any other.
Rinse the string beans, cut into about 3-4 cm long. Cook in boiling, salted water for 5-7 minutes.
Flip into a colander, rinse under cold running water. Send it to a deep salad bowl.
Cut the smoked chicken into strips, also add to the string beans.
Rinse fresh cucumbers, cut off the caps on both sides, the peel can be left, cut into strips.
Send cucumbers to a salad bowl.
In a cup, mix soy sauce, olive oil, salt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, sugar to taste (sugar can be replaced with honey). Add sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
