A delicious nutritious salad with pasta can be prepared as an independent dish for lunch or dinner. Suitable for vegetarians and for those who follow their diet.
Step-by-step recipe

Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Then flip into a colander, rinse in cold running water. |

Boil the eggs for 5-10 minutes. Cool, cut into quarters or cubes (optional). |

Wash the champignons, dry them, cut them into plastics. Pour olive oil on a hot frying pan (you can replace it with vegetable oil), add mushrooms and fry until tender for 10-15 minutes. |

We spread the salad. Pour the pasta into the salad bowl, spread the champignons, boiled green peas, eggs on top. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, you can add herbs. Let the salad brew a little. Serve the salad with sour cream. Bon Appetit! |
