We prepare the necessary products in advance and start cooking.
Soak the rice in warm water for 15-20 minutes. This stage is necessary to get rid of starch. After the necessary time, we wash the rice. Repeat the procedure at least 5 times until the water becomes transparent. We put water on the stove, waiting for boiling. Add rice, salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Boil for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. We throw the finished rice into a colander and wait for all the water to come out. Rice is ready.
Fish steaks are cleaned of bones. To do this, cut the piece in half and carefully remove all the bones. Then marinate. Using a fine grater, remove the zest from half a lemon. Pour a glass of orange juice into a bowl, add the zest and lower the fish for 15 minutes.
While the fish is marinating, let’s do asparagus. Asparagus is thoroughly washed under running water. We will prepare the upper part, for this we cut the bundle in half. We dump asparagus into boiling water, cook for 5 minutes. After the necessary time, we take it out and put it on a plate. We add salt. Lubricate with olive oil.
