How to make Sauce for fish and vegetable salads
This amazing refreshing sauce is suitable for fish, as well as vegetable salad.
Squeeze 50 ml of lemon juice into a small container.
Add mustard to the juice and mix.
Then add 5 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey and whisk well with a whisk until completely dissolved.
Add salt and pepper (a little), constantly trying the sauce for salt.
