Cooking the dish will begin with the preparation of eggs. Pour water into a saucepan, wait for boiling. We lower 6 eggs and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl of cold water. This stage will allow you to easily peel the eggs from the shell. |

We will prepare minced meat, for this we will pass meat (chicken fillet), a small onion head, a clove of garlic through a meat grinder. Add finely chopped herbs, raw egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. |

Minced meat is divided into 6 identical parts. We place one part on the palm of our hand, form a cake. We place an egg in the center, wrap it with minced meat, forming a patty. You need to do it carefully, otherwise the egg yolk may leak out. |
