How to cook Scrambled eggs with toast and cherry tomatoes
Scrambled eggs with toast are almost the perfect breakfast. We will serve the chatterbox together with fried toast and ruddy cherry tomatoes. The chatterbox is very similar to an omelet, and the difference is simple — we use water instead of milk. This does not give the dish such a delicate taste and consistency, so chatterboxes are more often made with pepper, spices, garlic and other spicy additives.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the toast, and then the tomatoes divided into halves. Tomatoes should be cut into hot oil — this will not allow the juice to flow out. While the tomatoes are frying, let’s do the eggs.
In a bowl, break the eggs and shake with a whisk until smooth. Pour in the water (it should be boiled, but cooled to ambient temperature). You can’t add milk — you’ll get an omelet!
We remove the tomatoes, if necessary, add oil. Pour the chatterbox into the pan. 5-10 seconds fried eggs — start mixing them with a wooden spatula. Do not let the eggs stick to the bottom and constantly turn them over. The frying time can be varied — it all depends on your tastes: some like it more tender, others like it more fried.
