How to make Sea buckthorn Sorbet
One of the easiest ways to use sea buckthorn is to prepare juice, compote or tea. But today I suggest you try to make a sorbet from these «golden berries».
The number of ingredients is calculated for 2 servings.
Step-by-step recipe

Disassemble the sea buckthorn, remove the twigs and litter. Then rinse gently and dry on a napkin. |

When the berries are dry, take a blender, in the bowl of which you will grind the berries. Fill the bowl. |

Add 50 ml of water to the chopped sea buckthorn. |

Stir and rub through a sieve, helping yourself with a spoon. |

Heat the liquid over low heat until the first bubbles appear. Add sugar (or honey). We need the sugar to dissolve, while the mass does not boil. |

Add ice to a wide container, put a container with sea buckthorn on top of the ice. And whisk at medium speed until foam forms ~ 3 minutes. Transfer the resulting mass into a container. Send the container to the freezer. Stir the mass with a spoon every 1.5-2 hours. |
