|Vinegar — 0.5 tsp|
|Flour — 400g|
|Boiled condensed milk — 350g|
|Walnut — 300g or other nuts|
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
How to cook shortbread nuts with boiled condensed milk filling and nuts
These nuts are loved not only by children, but also by us adults.
In a deep dish, break the eggs, add sugar and beat with a mixer or whisk. Pour melted butter, soda slaked with vinegar, salt, place everything.
Gradually pour the flour sifted through a sieve. Knead a soft dough. Cover with cling film and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls. Place each ball of dough in a form greased with vegetable oil. Pre-heat the mold over high heat. Nuts from the dough as soon as they turn slightly golden, take out and spread the dough again
Fill the inside of the nuts with boiled condensed milk and put a walnut (or another favorite nut), close the other half.
Thus filling, we collect nuts. We spread it on a flat plate and serve it to the table.
