This cake can be made from any liver. The filling can also be varied — fried onions with carrots, mushrooms, eggs or greens.
How to make a Snack layered liver pie
Let’s prepare an unusual snack. A delicious, economical and simple dish will decorate the festive table. I am sure that the guests will definitely ask for supplements.
Peel the liver from the films, rinse with cold water, dry with a paper towel.
We grind the liver in a blender, we send eggs and sour cream to this mass (you can replace it with milk). Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Add flour and mix so that there are no lumps (if you used milk, you need a little more flour).
Preheat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil, pour the dough and fry the liver pancakes on both sides for 2 minutes.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Take another frying pan, pour vegetable oil, fry the onion until soft.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled. Cool, peel and finely grate or slice. Set aside a couple of yolks and grate on a fine grater (set aside for decoration).
Peel the garlic, pass it through a press and send it to the mayonnaise. Mix well.
We take the dish, put 1 liver pancake, smear it with garlic mayonnaise.
We distribute the onion on top, then the egg. Cover with the next liver cake, again smear with mayonnaise and spread the filling. We do this with all cakes.
The top layer is smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated yolk.
To soak the dish, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Decorate the top with a sprig of dill. The liver snack cake is ready.
