How to make Soup with meatballs and zucchini
In this recipe I will tell you how to cook a delicious meat soup with chicken meatballs and pieces of zucchini.

Preparation of meatballs: We take out the minced chicken and divide it into many small pieces. We form a small meat ball from each piece and put it on a separate board. We repeat everything, the same with the rest of the pieces.

Preparation of vegetables: We take zucchini and carrots. Peel the vegetables (if the squash is young, you can not touch the skin), and rinse them under warm water. We take a board and a knife, cut the vegetables into small cubes.

Cooking soup: Take a deep saucepan and boil the water. We throw meatballs into boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes. Add vegetables, spices to your taste, salt or seasonings for broth, also add vegetable oil. Cook the soup until the meat and vegetables are ready for another 15 minutes.

Adding pasta: 5 minutes before cooking, add noodles, vermicelli or baby pasta to the soup. These pasta are cooked very quickly!
