How to cook Spanish Fabada
The dish can be prepared from red or white beans. Asturian fabada is a well—known dish in Spain and is very popular in it. The name was given to him by a variety of large white Asturian beans – fabes. It is 3 times larger than other legumes, and also more expensive. The dish is not prepared quickly, since the beans need to be soaked for 6 hours. It is best to do this overnight. As for Chorizo sausages, they can be replaced with hunting or Bavarian sausages, they have a similar taste. Fabada is prepared mainly in winter, as it is a heavy dish. Hot stew is served as an independent dish, but can be used as a snack. I cook in a slow cooker.
