How to cook Spinach pancakes stuffed with liver and eggs
Pancakes are one of the most favorite dishes of both children and adults. Depending on the filling, pancakes can be an appetizer to the main course or a dessert. This makes them popular in cooking all over the world.
Warm up the milk, pour in a little water. Then add soda, 2 eggs, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix it up. Sift the flour, then add it to the dough in small batches. Beat the dough with a whisk or blender until smooth, so that there are no lumps left.
Rinse the spinach well. Then beat the leaves with a blender until smooth porridge. Mix the spinach with the dough. The dough should be liquid.
To bake pancakes, the pan needs to be oiled for the first time, all subsequent times this does not need to be done. They should be easy to remove anyway. Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Filling. Boil the liver in salted water until tender. Then cool and cut into strips. Eggs are also boiled and cut into thin plates. Mix everything, add chopped dill, salt and black pepper.
Put the filling on the pancake and roll it into a tube. From above, carefully tie it with a green onion feather. Do it with all the pancakes.
Serve pancakes on the table, decorating the plate with sprigs of parsley. Enjoy your meal.
