    Today I will share with you a recipe for a very simple to prepare, but nevertheless very tasty salad. This is a salad of squid, mushrooms and cheese. It can be everyday, or it can take its rightful place on the festive table. Those who like mushrooms in salads should like this recipe. Champignons are very successfully combined with squid here. Cheese is best to take aged, with a tart note. Parmesan, for example, is perfect. As a result, the salad turns out to be rich and rich in taste.

    Let’s start cooking. To begin with, let’s deal with squid. They need to be defrosted and carefully processed, remove the remains of the insides and hard plates, rinse and dip in hot water for 3 minutes, and then remove the skin and rinse well again.

    Put the prepared squid carcasses into boiling salted water, boil for no more than 3 minutes after boiling over low heat, and then cool and cut into strips.
