You can cook steamed cutlets in any device — from a simple saucepan, to a steamer and a slow cooker. Any side dish is suitable for steamed meat patties.
How to cook steamed Meat patties
Cutlets are one of the favorite meat dishes. And it’s easy to make them healthier by simply steaming them. Vitamins are better preserved in such cutlets, and excess fat goes into the water, and most importantly — there are no harmful carcinogens from fried butter. The most useful cutlets are obtained from turkey and other lean meat.
Step-by-step recipe

Ready-made minced meat is suitable for the dish, or make it yourself — then give preference to turkey. Soak the bread crumb in milk. Add finely chopped onion and crushed garlic and process with a blender. |

Pour everything into the minced meat, break an egg into it. At your discretion, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. |

You can even beat off the minced meat for 5 minutes — so you get a thicker uniform consistency. |

We roll neat small cutlets the size of a chicken egg. Lubricate the bottom of the steamer bowl with oil (so that they do not stick) and spread the cutlets with intervals between each other. |

It takes them 10 minutes to cook, if there was ground poultry. Cutlets with the addition of pork are better to sweat for 15 minutes. |
