    In this recipe I will tell you how to cook delicious and juicy pieces of pork with stewed vegetables.

    Step-by-step recipe

    Meat preparation:
    We take a pork steak and open it and rinse it with warm water. We take out a cutting board and a knife. We cut our pork into pieces, then cut into small pieces in the form of cubes or arbitrarily. We throw the meat into a bowl and sprinkle a little salt. We leave the meat while we prepare the vegetables.

    Preparation of vegetables:
    We take tomatoes, eggplant, carrots, peppers and onions and wash them with warm water. Peel the eggplant, onion and carrot. After that, we cut the onion into medium pieces, arbitrarily. Three carrots, pepper and eggplant are cut into small cubes. We do the same with the tomato (it is better to remove the skin beforehand).

    Take a deep frying pan and add vegetable oil to it in order to fry the onion. We throw the chopped onion there and, stirring, cook for 10 minutes, until the onion acquires a golden hue. Then we add carrots, pepper and eggplant to the onion. Add water and spices to your taste, add salt and pepper. Close the lid and leave to cook for about 15 or 20 minutes over medium heat.
