How to cook Stewed potatoes with cabbage and minced meat
We will prepare the necessary ingredients for the recipe. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, peel the carrots and onions, potatoes. Rinse the vegetables under cold water. We defrost the minced meat in advance, if necessary.
Cut the onion into pieces, carrots — thin rings. Pour the oil into the cauldron, spread the sliced onions and carrots. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
