Defrost the dough at room temperature. |

Roll out the dough into a layer about 2-3 cm thick . Cut into squares. |

Put strawberry jam filling on each square from one edge. In the second half, make incisions with a knife. Fold the puff, seal it well, you can press down with a fork from all sides. |

Grease the top of the puffs with egg yolk. |
