How to make Strawberry Jam Puffs

Defrost the dough at room temperature.
Roll out the dough into a layer about 2-3 cm thick . Cut into squares.
Put strawberry jam filling on each square from one edge. In the second half, make incisions with a knife. Fold the puff, seal it well, you can press down with a fork from all sides.
Grease the top of the puffs with egg yolk.
Bake the puffs in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Cool the finished puffs. Have a nice tea party!
