How to make Tart with apples and honey
Homemade tart with apples, cinnamon and honey is an incredibly delicious pie that came to us from France.
Wash the apples well, but do not peel. Cut in half, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and sugar, mix.
Grind flour with soft butter (150g) into crumbs. To the resulting crumbs, add the yolk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and a pinch. Mix it up. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water and knead the dough so that it does not crumble. The dough should be elastic. If necessary, add a couple more drops of water.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. In a ratio of 1:2. Wrap in the refrigerator and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour (or lay parchment). Spread the dough (a large piece) over the mold so that it covers the entire bottom of the mold and forms the sides.
Roll out the second piece and cut into strips (the width of the strips is arbitrary).
Put apples with sugar and cinnamon in the base. Pour honey.

Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
If the cake burns, you can cover it with foil or parchment paper.
