How to cook Tart with corn, ham
Shortbread tart can be not only with a sweet filling. Today I want to share with you a simple recipe for making shortbread tart with fried onions, corn and ham.
Sift the flour, add salt.
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix with flour. We grind everything into a fine crumb. The easiest way to do this is with a blender.
Add water and knead the shortbread dough.
We send the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes and begin cooking the filling.
We roll out the cooled dough, put it in a baking dish. We remove the extra sides.
We spread the cargo in the form of beans or peas. Bake the base for 7-10 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 C.
