How to cook Tartlets with beetroot and herring
Easy to prepare, delicious tartlets with beetroot and herring are a great snack option on the festive table.
Step-by-step recipe

Wash the beets, boil until tender (about 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the vegetable). Cool, clean. |

Defrost the dough, roll out into a layer about 5 cm thick. Cut into equal squares or rectangles. The number of squares (rectangles) must be even. Visually divide them into two parts. On one part of the squares (rectangles) in the middle, cut a circle or square. Leave the second part unchanged (this is the basis of the tartlet. Put a square (rectangle) with a hole on the base (a whole square / rectangle). Collect all the remaining tartlets in this way. |

Put the tartlets on parchment paper. Lubricate with yolk. Put in a preheated 180-195 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Bake until tender and golden brown. |

Grate the beets, add a little salt. Add sour cream (mayonnaise is possible), crushed garlic clove, mix everything. |

Cut the herring into arbitrary pieces. |
