How to cook Thick pancakes with dill
Pancakes are a traditional Russian dish. Previously, no holiday was complete without pancakes. I prefer to bake pancakes for breakfast. This is a very nutritious dish, it gives the body a charge of vivacity and energy, improves mood. In addition, contrary to the opinions of nutritionists, I do not consider pancakes a harmful product at all. Pancakes contain vitamins B, E and PP. As well as various minerals, including iron, potassium and magnesium. The benefits are obvious! If you add also a wonderful taste, as well as the opportunity to fantasize and diversify the usual classic pancakes with various additives, then the dish is simply universal. All children love pancakes, and you can’t fool children! I suggest making pancakes with dill, it will give a unique flavor to the dish.

Flour is better to take the highest grade and be sure to sift. Heat the milk to a temperature of 30 — 40 degrees. Wash the dill with cool water, dry it with a towel and chop it. |

Pour warm milk into a deep bowl. Add sugar, salt, eggs. Stir with a whisk. |

Next, add yeast and baking soda on the tip of the knife. Mix with a whisk. |

Now gradually pour in the sifted flour. First, put a few tablespoons and mix. And so slowly pour in all the flour. We make sure that there are no lumps in the dough. Then add dill, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. |

Choose a large frying pan with a good bottom. Pour quite a bit of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, then pour the dough into the middle with a ladle and, shaking the pan, distribute it all over the bottom. Bubbles appeared and the dough «dried up»? It’s time to turn it over. We put the finished pancake on a plate. Lubricate each ready-made hot pancake with a piece of butter. Bon Appetit! |
