How to cook Thin pancakes
Pancakes are a universal product. They can be eaten both for breakfast and for dinner, stuffed or simply dipped in sour cream. There is no season for pancakes – they are eaten at any time of the year. Pancakes can be made on kefir, on carbonated water. But I prefer to make pancakes with milk. And I have a little «trick» — I always add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Step-by-step recipe

Beat eggs, sugar and salt with a whisk. Gradually pour in the milk at room temperature and continue to beat. |

Add sour cream and mix. |

Sift the flour and pour it into a bowl in small portions. It should be according to the density of liquid sour cream. |

The baking powder is also added to the dough and mix well. |

And now a little trick. Pour 0.5 boiling water in small portions and stir quickly. |

Let the dough stand for 30 minutes in a warm place, and you will see how bubbles appeared on the surface. |

Pour in the vegetable oil and mix well so that there are no lumps. |

We heat up a small frying pan with thick walls or a special pancake pan. Add a little vegetable oil, let it spread all over the pan. We take a ½ ladle of dough and pour it in the center of the pan, distribute it in circular movements over the area of the pan. |

As soon as the bottom is browned, about 1-2 minutes, carefully turn the pancake to the other side. |
