2. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. |

3. While the water is boiling, cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to boiling water. |

4. Very well, we wash the rice several times and add it to the pan after the potatoes. |

6. While we prepare the steaming. Pour a little oil into the pan. |

7. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until golden brown. |
