All ingredients should be at room temperature. Butter should be melted in advance.
How to cook a two-color cake on kefir
Sweet pastries on kefir from two types of dough — vanilla and nutty … beautiful and very tasty!
In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and beat with a mixer.
Add salt, baking powder, kefir and melted butter, mix gently. Add half of the sifted flour, mix well.
Divide the dough in half. Add cocoa and chopped nut flour to one of the parts. Add enough flour to make a thick, non-sticky dough. Knead a soft dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In the white dough (what was postponed) vanilla and also add flour. Knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic wrap.
Get the light dough, roll out into a thin layer. Then we also roll out the dark dough into the layer. We put them on top of each other and roll them into a roll.
Then we put this roll in a greased form and bake it in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick. It should be dry.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
