How to cook a two-color cheesecake in the oven
Cheesecake or otherwise cheese or cottage cheese pie is a purely American dish. As a variety, you can cook this sweet for our Russian table. Despite the apparent complexity of baking, it is actually very easy to cook it.
Step-by-step recipe

First, grind simple cookies and walnuts in a blender (you can use some other ones) into fine crumbs. |

Melt the butter to a liquid state and pour it into the cookies. Turn on the blender again for mixing. |

We spread this mass into a mold, distribute it over the surface and put it to bake in an already preheated oven for five to ten minutes (170 C) |

Instead of expensive Philadelphia cheese, you can use ordinary cottage cheese and cream cheese. Cottage cheese should be used carefully rubbed through a sieve (be sure to grind, then the structure will be tender). It should look like a creamy mass. |

We will add chicken eggs, cream cheese, granulated sugar and half a tablespoon of flour to the cottage cheese. We will mix it. Add sour cream, vanilla and mix again. |

Melt the chocolate to a liquid consistency using a water bath, or simply in a microwave oven (but do not overheat, it should not boil!). |

We will divide the cream mass into two parts, into one of which we will pour chocolate. |

Pour the white curd mass into the baking tray first, and then the chocolate mass is also portioned on top. |

We put the baking mold in the oven for about one hour or a little more. Put a bowl filled with water on the lower level. |

Let’s cool the almost finished cheesecake and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. «Almost» — because we haven’t used the sweet filling yet. Dessert should settle before this. |

Let’s prepare a two-color ganache. As such, you can simply use melted white and dark chocolate with the addition of a small amount of cream. Ganache is poured on top of the cheesecake.
