How to make Two-color vanilla-chocolate waffles
This dough makes perfect soft waffles. For their preparation, a special waffle iron is needed. This dish is prepared easily and quickly.

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, beat with a mixer. Add melted butter, warm milk, baking powder, salt. Beat with a mixer. |

Add the flour sifted through a sieve in portions. Mix it up. Add vanilla. Divide the dough into two equal parts. |

Add cocoa to one part, mix gently. |

Preheat the waffle iron. Spread one spoonful of vanilla dough and another spoonful of chocolate dough on the second half of the waffle iron. |

Bake for 5-6 minutes or until tender. We put the finished waffles on a plate. Pour chocolate syrup on top. You can decorate with mint. Fragrant and delicious! |
