A fragrant and appetizing bun can satisfy a slight hunger.
How to cook Unsweetened buns with garlic and parsley
You can cook unsweetened buns with garlic and herbs. With such buns, you can eat, for example, first courses. In the Ukrainian national cuisine there are pampushki, which are very similar to our buns.
Let’s do the test. Milk should be at room temperature. Pour the milk into a bowl, add yeast and sugar, mix well. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place so that the yeast starts to work.
Let’s prepare the dressing for the buns. Wash the greens, chop them finely. Peel the garlic, pass it through a garlic press or chop it finely. Combine parsley, garlic, melted butter.
When bubbles appear in the dough, add salt, vegetable oil. Mix well.
Sift the flour and add it to the dough in small portions. The dough should be kneaded well, it should become smooth and elastic.
Now we put the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes, it should increase in volume by 2 times.
The dough is slightly crushed and we make a sausage, cut into small pieces and form the shape of buns. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil or put parchment paper. Lay out the buns. Leave for 20 minutes.
Grease the buns with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the buns for 20 minutes (the time depends on the size of the buns and the capabilities of your oven).
We take out the pastries from the oven and lubricate the warm buns with a mixture of herbs and garlic, let them soak for 15 minutes.
