How to cook Vanilla cheesecake in the oven
All ingredients must be at room temperature
Put the cream cheese in a deep bowl, add the melted butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, mix or beat with a mixer. The sugar should dissolve.
Break the eggs, add cream, pour the flour sifted through a sieve, mix thoroughly.
The mass of consistency should be like thick sour cream.
We take a form covered with parchment paper, spread our mass. We send it to the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. If the crown starts to burn, cover the top with parchment paper (I missed this moment).
Cool the cheesecake. Decorate with berries. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
