How to make Vanilla cupcake on yeast dough

Pour warm milk into the container, pour out the yeast, add sugar. Stir and leave alone for 15-20 minutes.
To the resulting sourdough, add vanilla sugar, salt, zest of 1 lemon, yolks and softened butter. Mix everything thoroughly.
Gradually add the sifted flour, gently knead the dough with a wooden spatula until a homogeneous consistency.
The dough is covered with cling film and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, we knead the dough again with our hands directly in the container.
We lubricate the cake pan with butter and put the dough into it. Cover with cling film and let stand for another 15-20 minutes.
In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, put the cupcake and bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce the baking temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
We take the finished cupcake out of the mold and let it cool down. At this time, we prepare the glaze. Melt a bar of white chocolate in a water bath and add cream. Cook until a homogeneous consistency is formed.
We prepare a cupcake for watering (the top can be cut off so that it stands more stable) and powder.
