Gradually add the sifted flour, gently knead the dough with a wooden spatula until a homogeneous consistency. |

The dough is covered with cling film and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours. |

After 1.5 hours, we knead the dough again with our hands directly in the container. |

We lubricate the cake pan with butter and put the dough into it. Cover with cling film and let stand for another 15-20 minutes. |

In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, put the cupcake and bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce the baking temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown. |
