How to Make a Vegan Cake
Vegan sponge cake is prepared without eggs and milk. Veganism, unlike vegetarianism, is a lifestyle in which all animal—related products are not consumed, not just meat.
Step-by-step recipe

Combine sugar, vegetable oil, mineral water. |

Sift flour, add cocoa powder, soda. Pour into the mass, stir well, preferably with a mixer, so that there are no lumps. |

Half of the dough is transferred to the mold. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Bake (40 min). |

In the same way, bake the 2nd biscuit, cut both lengthwise. In total, it turned out 4 cakes. |

For the cream, beat coconut milk with powdered sugar and citric acid with a blender. |

Lubricate the cream cakes and sides of the cake. Decorate the top with almond petals. |

Melt the lean chocolate (you can take white and dark), mix without stirring much. Crumple the paper with an accordion. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the paper in portions. As the chocolate hardens, you can remove and decorate the cake. |
