    Combine sugar, vegetable oil, mineral water.


    Sift flour, add cocoa powder, soda. Pour into the mass, stir well, preferably with a mixer, so that there are no lumps.


    Half of the dough is transferred to the mold. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Bake (40 min).


    In the same way, bake the 2nd biscuit, cut both lengthwise. In total, it turned out 4 cakes.


    For the cream, beat coconut milk with powdered sugar and citric acid with a blender.
