It is the recipe of such a dish that we will do today, having prepared a cucumber spicy salad in the style of Chinese chefs.
We will prepare for work all the ingredients necessary for a spicy cucumber salad, namely: cucumbers, garlic, lemon, soy sauce, red hot pepper (pod), vinegar, sesame and sesame oil for dressing. However, if you do not have one, then any vegetable oil will do.
Cut the cucumbers into very thin strips (you can use a vegetable cutter or a special grater). Salt and remove to settle for half an hour.
At this time, we will prepare other products. Crush with a cracker or grind garlic on a grater. We will also transfer it to cucumbers.
Now in the salad we need to put a portion of soy sauce, granulated sugar, vinegar and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice. Add a little sesame oil. Mix all this well.
