Lentils must be soaked in water overnight in advance. Then it needs to be rinsed well and left in a colander until all the water runs away. |

Rice is thoroughly washed under running cold water. The water should drain. Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of a thick-walled pan, pour out the rice and fry in this way for several minutes. This stage is necessary so that the rice is crumbly. Pour water, mix and cover with a lid. Turn down the heat and leave it for 20 minutes. |

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add vegetable oil to the preheated frying pan. Lightly fry. |

We put lentils and carrots into the bowl of the combine. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Grind. Add rice to the resulting minced meat and mix. Forms cutlets. We roll it in wheat bran. |

Heat up the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the cutlets on both sides. I pour more vegetable oil and cook over high heat. Bon Appetit! |
