The omelet is cooked quickly, so let’s prepare all the ingredients first. Rinse the already boiled carrots and green onions with cool water. Peel the carrots and cut them into half rings. You can cut it into thin cubes. Chop the greens. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. |

In a deep bowl, break the eggs and whisk with a whisk or mixer. Add salt, but do not forget that we will add more cheese, and it may be salty. Add the milk and mix again. Add flour and mix until the lumps are removed. |

Add cheese, herbs, carrots to the egg mixture and mix. We put the mixture into oiled silicone molds and bake in the oven at 180 C until ready. The baking time depends on the size of your molds and the capabilities of your oven. |
