It’s no secret that the first courses are very useful for digestion. Soup with meatballs is one of the most delicious, it is equally loved by both adults and children. In my opinion, it is best to cook it from low-fat meats, for example, chicken and beef, so it will turn out to be the most useful and dietary

We put a 3-liter saucepan with water on the fire (water, a little more than half of the pan). While the water is boiling, prepare the vegetables. Potatoes, onions, carrots are peeled and cut into cubes. |

After boiling, we send the vegetables to cook in a saucepan. Meanwhile, we’ll make meatballs. |

Through a meat grinder, we twist the chicken fillet, beef and onion. Add pre-washed rice. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste, mix well and form meatballs, in the form of balls. |

After 20 minutes, the vegetables are cooked almost to readiness. Cut the zucchini and celery into cubes and put them in a saucepan. The tomato needs to be covered with boiling water, in order to easily remove the skin, we also cut it into cubes and add it to the vegetables. We wait for boiling and put the meatballs in the soup. Cook the soup until ready for 25 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and bay leaf. |
