How to cook Vegetables baked in the oven
Any vegetables are good for our body. Therefore, they need to be included in our diet as often as possible, both raw and baked. After all, they are literally saturated with balanced nutrients that we need so much, especially in the spring period of time, when the body needs vitamins. The same goes for fruits, but today we are talking about vegetables. So let’s look at the recipe for baked vegetables in the oven.
We will pre-wash, dry and cut all the cooked vegetables into thin rings, cubes or straws as you please. The main thing is that they are not too small.
Now let’s prepare a special marinade for them. Mix soy sauce with honey, vegetable oil and wine vinegar. Let’s cover the greens there: dill, cilantro, parsley. All ingredients must be fresh. Salt and pepper the marinade.
Next, we will smear our vegetables with this marinade. You can use a cooking brush or dip them separately. Watering them from above is not worth it because we will bake vegetables on a grill and therefore they should not be soaked too abundantly with marinade.
Put the vegetables in a hot oven on the grill and bake for about twenty minutes, then turn to the other side and stand for another twenty minutes. If you have a regular oven without a grill, then we transfer the vegetables to a regular baking sheet. Only in this case they will need to be turned over much more often.
We lay out the finished baked vegetables on plates, add fresh cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, mix and treat our household with delicious, nutritious and healthy food.
