How to cook Vegetarian potato patties with vegetables
Healthy cutlets that are perfect for a vegetarian, and if you cook such cutlets for a couple, you will get an excellent diet dinner.

Wash, peel, and boil potatoes in salted water until tender. |

Wash the broccoli and bell pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then flip it into a colander and let the water drain. |

Boil the frozen peas for 5-10 minutes. Flip it into a colander and let the water drain. If the peas are canned, then you do not need to boil them. |

Wash, peel, and grate the carrots. Peel the onion, chop finely. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil. |

Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes. Add carrots with onions, broccoli, bell peppers and peas to the puree. Add salt and mix. |
