How to cook Vermicelli soup in a slow cooker
To prepare a vermicelli soup, you can use ready-made meat broth or cook a dish on water. For the recipe, peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Spices are at your discretion and taste. Let’s get started.
Carrots are crushed with a grater. Chop the onion into small pieces.
Potatoes for vermicelli soup are cut into medium-sized cubes.
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker. Turn on the «frying» program. When the beep sounds about heating the oil (Redmond slow cooker), we throw carrots and onions into the bowl. We pass the vegetables for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and continue to fry for another 3-4 minutes. Do not forget to mix the ingredients.
Add sliced potatoes to the carrots and onions, pour the contents with broth or water. Salt and pepper to taste. You can throw your favorite spices.
We close the multivark with a lid. Turn on the «soup» program for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes before the end of the program, open the slow cooker and throw the vermicelli. Mix immediately.
