Such a salad is usually made in the spring, when onions appear on the beds. Of course, you can also cook it at other times of the year, because it is very tasty and healthy!

First, thoroughly wash the cucumbers and onions under running water. Then we place it on a paper towel so that all the water is absorbed. |

Pour water at room temperature into a saucepan, lower the eggs. As soon as the water boils, we count down 10 minutes. The eggs must be hard boiled! Prepare a container with cold water, as soon as time passes, then you need to transfer the eggs there. We peel from the shell. Eggs can be grated on a coarse grater, but I prefer diced ones. |
