How to make Waldorf Salad with avocado
In winter, there are not enough vitamins and I want something healthy and tasty. This salad is a real storehouse of vitamins. Nothing complicated to prepare, but the taste is simply amazing.

Wash the avocado, cut in half around the bone. Then, with a slight turn of the hands in different directions, divide the fruit into two halves. Carefully remove the bone. Then cut the pulp into half rings. |

Wash the apples, peel them from the middle and seeds. Then cut into small neat pieces. It is preferable to use green apples, as they have a sourness that will give the salad a special zest. |

To prepare a salad, it is better to use grapes without seeds. Separate the grapes from the main brush. Rinse thoroughly. Cut the berries in half. |

Peel the celery stalks (remove the top rough layer) and cut into a crescent. |

Chopped avocado, celery and apples mixed with peeled walnuts and grapes and cranberries (you can add any sour berry, such as red currant). Add arugula leaves to them. |
