How to make Yeast pancakes
Yeast pancakes are a special classic dish. Cooking does not take much time, but the process is longer than that of ordinary pancakes. Yeast pancakes are moderately sweet, fragrant, delicious, lush.

We prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar until completely dissolved and until foam appears |

Add water, milk, yeast and sunflower oil 60 ml, add flour in several stages and mix thoroughly with a whisk so that the dough is homogeneous, without lumps. |

We leave the dough in a warm place, I do it this way, I collect dishes with hot water and put a container with dough on top of it, cover it with a napkin, wait until the dough rises, it will take about 30-40 minutes. |

Mix the dough well and let it rise again. |

We start frying pancakes. We heat the pancake pan with sunflower oil well and pour the dough with a ladle, as on ordinary pancakes. Fry on each side until tender. Pancakes should turn out golden ruddy color, airy. |
