Carefully wash the zucchini. We cut off the tails and buttocks of zucchini. Cut into slices each about 1 cm. We salt the zucchini and put it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper in advance.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. 1/8 of the grated cheese is put in another bowl.
Put sour cream in a small bowl. Squeeze out the garlic cloves or chop it with a knife and add garlic and grated hard cheese to the sour cream, mix thoroughly.
We spread this fragrant cheese mix with a spoon on each zucchini. We put our zucchini mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (depends on the power of your oven).
