Batter. Beat the raw eggs to a froth, add sour cream, flour and half a cup of milk to them. Mix well until smooth, so that there are no lumps. |

Cut the zucchini into circles no more than 5 mm thick. Before dipping them into the batter, zucchini should be rolled in flour. Then dip them in the finished batter and fry on both sides in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. |
