How to cook Zucchini fried in cheese batter
It’s hard to come up with a simpler snack, but at the same time, it’s very tasty. Try to cook zucchini according to this recipe, everyone will appreciate your culinary skills.
Batter. Beat the raw eggs to a froth, add sour cream, flour and half a cup of milk to them. Mix well until smooth, so that there are no lumps.
Grate any hard cheese. Add everything to the batter. Add salt, ground coriander and crushed garlic.
Cut the zucchini into circles no more than 5 mm thick. Before dipping them into the batter, zucchini should be rolled in flour. Then dip them in the finished batter and fry on both sides in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Put the finished zucchini back into the pan, pour a little water and steam under the lid for a few minutes.
